Refund Policy


In order to minimise returns please ask us as many questions as you like about sizing, fit and style – we are more than happy to help.

Returned goods are to be received back in store within 14 days after receipt of your order. To be eligible for a full refund all items must be unused with original labels and in their original packaging. Care should be taken in folding and packing the items ideally in the original packaging.

They should arrive back at our store in the same condition that you received them.

Damaged original packaging cannot be accepted. Returned goods that are damaged, soiled, altered and without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back. The only exception would be in case of incorrectly supplied and faulty goods where your statutory rights apply.

Please send all items through registered postage or courier services and retain proof of postage and tracking.

In our experience Royal Mail offers the most reliable service. Please be careful with some courier services in particular those firms that specialise in home deliveries and are likely to attempt delivery outside shop hours.

The goods remain your responsibility until received by Nordsjön. You are liable for the cost of the return, unless Nordsjön has made a mistake with your order or you have received a faulty item. Returned items will be refunded minus the delivery charge and any other cost incurred.

When returning goods from abroad please clearly state on the customs form that the item is a return. We are not liable for any customs or VAT charges and these will be subtracted from your refund.

Please email us at nordsjönwhitby@gmail.com so we can look out for the returned item. Ideally with a tracking number for the package.

 

 

 

 

If your are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Nordsjön you can return it for any exchange or refund, provided it is within 30 days or purchase in store or 14 days of receipt of your on line purchase. The item must be as new and in the original packaging. 

If there is a fault with your purchase a full refund will be given for the returned item should we agree with the fault.  We will consider refunds for any items returned to us within 14 days of receipt and we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any product.

If you wish to return or exchange an on-line order please email in advance to notify us of your intent. Emails to Nordsjonwhitby@gmail.com. 

On-line orders that are returned for an exchange will have the replacement ltems(s) sent free of charge.  

In case of on-line items returned solely for a refund, Nordsjön reserve the right to deduct the cost of standard delivery charges from the refund amount i.e. you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
